  Kristine Fowler Cirby Executive Director   Kristine Fowler Cirby is a 1991 graduate of University of San Francisco School Of Law, where she was a member of Law Review. Ms. Cirby received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society at University of California, Santa Barbara. Ms. Cirby currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Marin County Law Library. Ms. Cirby represents the Family & Children’s Law Center on the Marin Coordinated Community Response to Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Network (CCR Network). Ms. Cirby served on the Marin Women's Commission for 10 years, and served as its chair twice. She also held found the Marin Teen Girl Conference which she co-chaired for 7 years. Before law school, Ms. Cirby interned with the US Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee.  .

  Gabrielle Gaetani Bilingual Staff Attorney   Gabrielle Gaetani is a 2008 graduate of University of San Francisco School Of Law. Ms. Gaetani received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare at University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Gaetani represents the Family & Children’s Law Center on the Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) Bay Area Taskforce.  Prior to coming to the Family & Children’s Law Center, Ms. Gaetani worked for La Casa de Las Madres and had a judicial externship with the San Francisco Superior Court. During law school, Ms. Gaetani worked as an intern with the Immigration Court, La Raza Centro Legal, and Senator Barbara Boxer.     .

  Abby Frost Lucha Staff Attorney   Abby Frost Lucha is a 2008 graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating with Honors. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics/Public Law, with Honors, from Dominican University in San Rafael, California. During law school, Ms. Lucha interned at the Tenderloin Housing Clinic, the Law Offices of McCarty & Lieberman, and the Family & Children’s Law Center. Ms. Lucha serves as the co-chair of the Marin County Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
