    We will verify your income eligibility for our services and confirm there are no conflicts of interest.

  • What to Bring to Your First Appointment


    To ensure we can assist you effectively, please have the following documents ready:

    Proof of Income: Last two months of pay stubs. If you don’t have pay stubs, provide:

    A letter from your employer confirming your pay.

    Three months of bank statements.

    Tax Returns: Last two years of federal tax returns.

  • What to Expect During Your Appointment


    You will have 30 minutes with an attorney for $0–$50, depending on your income.

    Appointments are available in English or Spanish.

    For example, a simple, uncontested divorce typically costs less than $500 in attorney’s fees.

    Once your intake is complete, you will have a private appointment with an attorney who will provide legal advice and guidance. FACLC assists with every stage of family law cases, including:
